Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy on full price products and products $101 or more. This means you have 60 days after receiving (the delivery date) your item to request a refund. We will not refund any piece of jewelry on sale or discounted in any way. This includes courtesy codes offered by shopsky, coupon codes, affiliate codes, holiday codes and or sales, etc. We will not refund any piece of jewelry less than $101. We will not accept any returns less than $101. We will not accept refunds nor returns for customized jewelry, personalized jewelry, jewelry specially picked for a client, nor jewelry that is not on the website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at 1shop1sky@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if you do not have one already, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items that are not shipped back to the designated shopsky facility or any of shopsky affiliate locations, will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot, do not, and will not accept returns on sale items or gift cards purchases.



Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You have the option of receiving a credit to your account of your original purchase amount; Or a 50% refund of your original purchase amount. This 50% refund amount does not include shipping, processing, or any other fees incurred. If you are eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note, shipping fees, processing fees, or any other incurred fees are nonrefundable. We do not offer any refunds on damaged goods due to carriers poor handling.

Unfortunately, we cannot, do not, and will not accept refunds on discounted items, sale items, and or gift cards purchases.
